Get a payout by order ID
GET/api/v2/payouts/:order_id
Retrieves detailed information about a specific payout.
Rate Limit: 100 requests per 60 seconds
Access Control:
- Only payouts belonging to your organization can be accessed
- Attempting to access another organization's payout returns 403 Forbidden
Use Cases:
- Check payout status after creation
- Verify recipient received funds
- Get provider reference for support inquiries

Bad request - Order ID is required.
Unauthorized - Invalid or missing API key.
Forbidden - Payout belongs to a different organization.
